It even had a mini bar and air conditioning, and the bathroom floor seemed to have underfloor heating. However, the room was too small for a laptop. The service at both the reception and restaurant was super friendly and accommodating, with staff going the extra mile to meet guests at Rialto. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from iconic landmarks like St Mark's Square and the ferries. The dining experience was a mixed bag, with plentiful and fresh options but some aspects left to be desired. Overall, a comfortable stay with a few minor drawbacks.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were a bit dark, but the ones overlooking the canal were lovely. The service was incredibly helpful and polite, making our stay pleasant. The location was fantastic once we found it, providing easy access to everything in Venice. The dining options were a bit limited for the price charged.
